TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY:

Our products are sent with YODEL (formally DHL), TNT and FEDEX within the UK. Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 24/48 hours depending on the order. (Special orders i.e. extra welding and special colours may take longer) Standard shipping is based on a 24/72 hour service. Parcels must be checked thoroughly on receipt and missing items and damage must be reported immediately.

RETURNS:

Products can be returned within 7 days of the order. Products must be returned back to us at your cost, Original purchase price minus original shipping charges will be refunded on the condition that the products are returned in their original condition and can be resold. Damage is chargeable (For advise on repackaging please contact us at info@ws4x4.co.uk). Refunds will be processed within 48/72 of completion of the inspection of the returned products.
